Veterans

Eric Conroy believes America has made a promise to honor and care for the men and women who put themselves in harm’s way to defend our nation.  Too often, veterans return home to a system that is slow and unresponsive to their needs.   He will advocate for giving veterans more options for where they receive care, reducing bureaucratic red tape within the VA, and holding bureaucrats accountable when they fail those who have served.

Eric will also advocate for stronger job training and employment assistance programs that help veterans apply their skills locally.  He supports expanding education benefits under the GI Bill, increasing housing assistance, and making sure that veterans facing homelessness or addiction are not overlooked.  Eric will always stand up for those who stood up for us.
